Bought 3 shipments from them.
The third shipment was worthless junk.
I returned it & waited over a month for a refund. Then I sent an email.

My first email was answered with " Your money spends well"
I then sent several more emails, complaining and asking them to stop send spam.

I began receiving 50 to 60 spams per day.
When I complained about this, I received "Bite me p____".
I assumed this email came from a woman. Most men don't have what she was asking me to bite. Also note she doesn't know how to spell "my".

I had to change my computer programing to get rid of her.
