I purchased an Ovation Celebrity Elite back late 2014. On Sweetwater's website, they advertise a "free" 2 year warranty. Don't you believe it. It does not exist. They will not honor their warranty, and will fight you and insult your intelligence.

The short of it is, I have a broken guitar, which I am forced to eat, because their warranty is fraudulent. Lesson learned, don't buy from Sweetwater.

So....you offer no information as to what happened and by saying that it's broken leads me to believe you damaged the instrument in some way. Of course they wouldn't repair it - warranties are for manufacturers defects, not you damaging the item.
