I paid T.E. Swate over $3,000 for IRS help. He has moved his office so many times that I had a hard time keeping up. You call him on the phone and he is always "meeting with IRS agents". I have sent copies of IRS notices to him only to have them returned. I find out where he has moved to and send them again. I am not out to get the guy, I just want help with my tax situation. For the money I have sent him I have received just one letter from him asking me to wait until the IRS sends a particular form before he will proceed with action. The form never came and I now can't locate him or his office. If he is legitimate, he should return my money or provide me with current contact info so we can proceed with solving my tax issues.
