Brad Holderman, Owner of The Happy Handyman, LLC , operates his home improvement, service type business under a contractors license that allows him to do minor home improvements only. He is not to bid or contract a job totaling over $2500.00 in labor and materials.
 
Under his license with the ROC, he is not to perform any electrical, plumbing, roofing or perform structural work to any existing structure. Yet he does on a daily basis.

He carries NO Workman's Compensation Insurance on anyone but himself.  Home Owners beware, anyone injured on your property can sue you! He claims "no employees" hires sub-contractors only" which is completely false. 

This man cannot be trusted he is a habitual liar and uses bullying tactics to intimidate home owners. His web site is full of misleading, ilegal and contradictory information.

If you have had unexceptable work or a project completed by this company that exceeds the $2500.00 license limit Please contact the ROC and file a complaint, this business must be shut down! Thinking about doing some home improvements? EDUCATE yourself  before hiring anyone!
