The Roomstore Furniture store Goodyear, Arizona

We bought 2 leather recliners and sofa 2 and a 1/2 years ago from The Roomstore. All of the furniture has been redyed 3 times, re-stuffed 3 times, seams restitched, Needs to be re-stuffed again. Our backs are killing us because when the stuffing gives out there is a board in the furniture that gouges our backs. This last go around we waited 3 weeks for someone to come, a week to hear what they are going to do and we have to wait a month before pickup and 2 more weeks for the shop to repair. Its just my wife and I and we treat our furniture very easy. I went to the store where we bought and they just told me the service department has the last say in whether they replace the furniture or repair it. After 9 repairs you would think they would replace it or offer some sort of compromise toward buying new furniture.
