Timeshare owner be aware. Do not use any resale company that charges an upfront fee to list your property online. I worked for this company for a period of time. This company is owned and operated by a felo, sex offender. This company charges you an upfront fee to sell your property well actually all they do is list your property online.

In the year i worked for this company I saw a total of 2 timeshares sell off the site. We listed on average of 80-100 a week. We were charging 499-599 to list your site upfront. We were informed to full your head up with a line of bs that your property is more valuable then you thought, you made a wise desicion when you bought this property. Well you didnt. There is NO resell market for timeshares. If you own one your stuck with it. This copmpany will list you on there site till the property is sold so if you want to just leave it up thats your business.

Please take my warning. This company also makes up all their client testimonials you see on their site. It's sad that people are still being taken by this company. This ex-convict who owns the company, he also is on a sexual predators list for sexual battery to his wife drives around in a new dodge viper, a new dodge truck, a new mercedes benz... He also has wired over 1,000,000 in us funds to an offshore bank account.
