We bought movie tickets through Fandango in June. Without our permission or awareness, we were signed up to some unknown membership, which charges us $11.99 on our credit card for each of the past three months.

I just wanted to say that i use to work for the company...and i personally understsnd why people become upset. If you were unaware that your credit card was being charged you should look at your bank statement.
