On April 28, 2011 I requested a Military DD214 from Touchstone, they charged me $103.00. I never received it. May 3, 2011 I called them, only to find out they mailed it to the wrong address. They assured me it would be re-mailed immediately. It is now May 11, 2011, the gentleman on the phone did not know how to locate it, he said that wasn't really his job, but could not put me in touch with anyone that knew anything about it. I said "what if I never receive it" to which he stated "oh you will". "Ok when", he doesn't know. Whenever I left messages, they were NEVER returned.
