Tryrenuvaderm Free trial, beauty cream Nationwide

I ordered free trial for renuvaderm product.  One week later, before I had even tried the product, I was charged almost $200 for the FREE TRIAL.  I called the phine listed on my charge and was told I had to call within 14 days of order date to cancel.  There was nothing in this add for the trial about calling within 14 days.  I requested a refund and cancellation of all orders.  i was told the charge was for the FREE TRIAL.  I told the representative that there was nothing within the add that mentioned 14 days, and thought add was scam.  She offered me a 50% credit to my charge.  I told her Ithought add was a scam and would report to FTC.  She then offered me a full refund and cancellation of account.  Sha said it would take about four days for the refund to show.  I will keep an eye out for refund and any new charges.  This web site add is very deceptative in that it implys trial is free and does not give any indication of price of products or that free trial is not free.
