I purchased a wig through this merchant's ebay store and after 20 days I recieved a very small empty box. They included an invoice but no wig. I sent several emails that remain unanswered. They refused to communicate with me despite all my attempts. No refund either. They also left me false negative feedback out of retaliation. The worse part is that they printed a USPS shipping label through PayPal which shows delivery confirmation. So I recieved a package but it was empty and I'm not sure how to prove it since PayPal shows the item being delivered. What a good and creative way to rip someone off!

I purchased a wig from this merchant through their ebay store (http://stores.ebay.com/U-Look-Marvelous-Wigs) and after over 20 days I recieved a very small empty box. No wig was included! they sent me an empty box with an invoice in it. I sent them several emails about this and even called and left them a message but did not get a response. They left me negative feedback out of retaliation but failed to respond to any of my communications which were all polite!
The worst part is that they printed a shipping label with delivery confrimation through PayPal which shows that I recieved a package making it difficult for me to prove that I recieved just an empty box. What a creative way to scam a person!
