On July 26, 2018, I ordered three slogan tee-shirts from usgoodgear.com totaling $51.95.
After three weeks of not receiving my order or a shipping confirmation, I emailed their support address asking about the whereabout of my order. I was told that my order had already shipped so they could not issue me a refund, but that it would arrive shortly. That was the middle of August. It is now October 8th...I have again emailed the support team saying I would like a full refund and to speak with someone directly. No one has contacted me, and I have not received anything.
There is no phone number to contact and no address for the "business". The only way to contact them is through their "contact us" page on their website.
I am outraged and disgusted that someone would scam people out of their money this way.
I emailed back saying that I am going to take legal action if I am not refunded.

The same thing happened to me, and almost the same dates. I placed an order for a tshirt on August 14th. It is now October.
I notified them through email four times and all I get back is an automated reply. They have done nothing to help. There is no phone #. They are a total rip off!
