I order a quilt from usgoodgear.com in July. I contacted their customer service and was sent an automated email stating that they would respond with in 24 hours.

The next day I received an email stating that my order was being processed but due to the high volume of orders my order would be shipped in 8 to 12 weeks. Since then I have sent numerous emails only to recieve a very generic automated response.
