Uzrad Lew is nothing, but a con artist.
This guy doesn't pay his bills. Goes around and pretends he is a financial banker, real estate investor and real estate developer.
9/6/1994 he had a lien filed against him for $19,488.00. He received a judgment for non-payment. It was filed by Citibank S Dakota at Los Angeles Municipal - La County
Los Angeles, CA.
