I was referred to Bobby Williams the owner and representative of all the listed companies, by a salesman from Suzuki of Irving, Texas due to needing to get financing for a vehicle.Bobby Williams informed me that he would be able to locate a Lexus RX300 for me ,he informed me that he would need a deposit in order to start the search. I met with Bobby on March 20, 2009 and gave him a cashiers Check for the $5000 deposit.and signing an agreement on which he represented himself as the Car Company, stating that he had 14days to locate a vehicle. If he failed to do so in the 14 days that the full deposit will be returned he also let me drive a loaner car. On the 14th day I contacted Bobby but he still had not found the car. I ask for my deposit back and he has informed me that he doesn't have it and that he has ran in to some troubles with his investor. Last night a repo company that works for the investor pickup the loaner car and now I have no car and I cant get my deposit back.He is not answering my calls or returning any of my calls. However, he is still located at the same address. I have found out that the Garland Police is wanting to question Mr. Bobby Williams about other bad deals that he has made to other customers. Don't trust this Bobby Williams at all he is a liar and Thief.

He is at it again

Well everyone, Bobby is back at it again... He is working in Garland again. Not sure how since the last i heard the police are looking for him. He has a new website titled Car Company. the new lot address is on North west in Garland. I filed a small claim of course he didn't show, but he still owes me money. I don't understand how this man is still working.

I am the one that filed the orginal report back in July. I often google Bobby's number to see if he is still posting ad's. I took my case to small claims and of course he didn't show up. He still owes me $650.00, he has moved from Garland, however his number is still 214 673-7999. I noticed this morning that he has several ad's on Craigslist and on Backpage. He is now using the name Robert instead of Bobby, but he was not smart enough to change the link that leads back to his website. I am wanting to stop him. He is now operating without a brokers license. He has several links. If you google his cel you will see what I am talking about. This guy is a scam artist and I can't believe he has not been caught yet!

Bobby Williams is not Vehicles, Inc

We are very sorry that you were taken by Bobby Williams. We were too. Mr. Williams is not now nor has he ever been an owner or principle of Vehicles, Inc. As you stated he represented himself on all paperwork as Car Company. all monies he received were made out to him personally. The loner car you were given was not the property of Mr. Williams.
Vehicles, Inc. is still missing six vehicles he gave out as loners. He was supposed to be a finance broker arranging for financing for our cars for sale. He took (stole) deposits & gave out cars he didn't own. We sent him a demand letter for the return of our vehicles. None have been returned so charges are being filed.
