Vibrant Skin Care scam; double billing Canoga Park Nationwide

"Free Sample" scam all you have to do is pay shipping.  Except less than 14 days later, (have 14 days to cancel your "account"), I was charged the full amount for a product I had not even received.   No indication on the website that says if you don't cancel you will be switched to an "automatic" payment account.  You have to do further searching to find their "terms and conditions." When I tried to call "customer service" all you are able to handle is cancelling your account. There is no option to talk to someone to find out why you are being charged or a product you haven't received.  Then when I tried to find the company again, the "offer" had expired and the original product wasn't available any more, but I was still charged almost $90.00 for a product the website says is no longer available.  Thank God I have the bank that I do with fraud protection on my debit card so I was able to handle the problem with my Bank, not with the company.  Beware of scams like this.
