I ordered the sample of this skincare face cream for $4.95 and they sent me 2 samples (different kinds ) which I only signed up for the 1 and I did cancel within the 14 day trial so I wouldnt have to pay the $89.95 well on june 11th i saw a deduction from my account not only for the 1 cream for the amount of $89.95 but also a withdraw for the other cream for $92.53 I automaticaly tried to call the number on the cream and was given the total runaround and was spoken to in  rudely manner by every phone operator that I spoke to, I thought that the matter was taken care of until a month later  I received in the mail 2 seperate packages of the cream, I never even opened them due to knowing what they were and when I looked on my bank account again there was the same amount of money being taken from my account, this time I could not get a straight answer from their represenatives, I also was speaking to operators who were not from the company I called before, I am writing this report because I was just sent an email from their company (this was their first email ever saying that they sent out their product to me) saying that they were happy to say that their product was on its way and again I looked in my account to see pending transactions and once again was the $89.95 and $92.53, needless to say i will be going to my bank to see if I can put a stop on this and will again be calling the company, Not only am I out of $547.44 I have 4 of their creams still in the packages and never even opened because I never ordered them and the trial 1 that came I still have because I never use it.  I am lost to what to do, this company should be off the market, I am sure others have gotten money stolen from them also, It is not fair, at least let people cancel their order when calling about constantly sending them a renewal every month.
