I bought into a free offer of VIBRANTE EYE CREAM on the internet. All I had to pay was $4.95 shipping. Yesterday 3/28/15 I received a package in the mail from the same company, so thought I'd better check our credit card statement. Much to my amazement, it showed an $89.85 charge 2/19 for a product I never received, and another $89.85 charge 3/21 for the product I just received.

I didn't receive the one I was charged for in Feb. and just received one 3/28/15. I asked them to cancel and remove the charge for Feb. and asked to return the one I just received. They will not refund. Scottsdale, AZ Internet

I called the credit card company and they connected me with the Vibrant Skin Co. I told them I never received the product in Feb. and the rep. insisted their records showed it was delivered. So, they would not refund. She said I could return the current product and receive a 30% refund.

She was very rude and kept repeating the same line over and over and over. After I requested 3 times to speak with a supervisor, she said she would check. Of course, everyone was busy on the phones and someone will get back with me in 24 hrs. I am waiting to hear. She said the call would come from 877-286-7115.
