I purchased Antivirus and Window Washer software programs from Webroot with 3 years of updates. After non-renewal of the updated definitions service, they crippled my software via an automatic update. This is not fare as the core programs should still be usable, only without updated definitions. I would urge all to not purchase this companies products until they stop their deceptive practices.
