I PAID MY AUTO LOAN OFF IN PERSON WITH A CASHIERS CHECK TO INSURE THE PAYMENT HAD A RECEIPT AND THE TITLE WOULD BE SENT TO THE NEW OWNER PROMPTLY AS DIRECTED BY THE ACCOUNT MANAGER. THEY AFTER A MONTH OF FOLLOW UP CALLS AND LOCAL BRANCH VISITS WELLS FARGO STILL HASN'T SENT THE TITLE TO ME OR THE NEW OWNER. EVERY DATE THEY GIVE ME CHANGES AS TO WHEN TO EXPECT THE TITLE. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS THAT THEY SENT A PAYMENT NOTICE TO THE NEW OWNER OF THE VEHICLE SHOWING THAT THERE WAS STILL A BALANCE DUE WITH A DUE DATE OF 1/18/2018...THAT'S RIGHT 4 YEARS FROM NOW! THIS DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE GIVEN THE FACT THE I PAID THE LOAN OFF AND EVEN OVERPAID THE PAYOFF AMOUNT THEY CONFIRMED AT THE LOCAL BRANCH TO ENSURE THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY ISSUES. THE STAEMENT THEY SENT OUT ONLY SHOWS HALF OF THE AMOUNT THEY RECEIVED AND HAS NO EXPLANATION OF WHAT THE BALANCE AMOUNT IS FOR. MORE ALARMING WELLS FARGO MANAGERS HAVE NOW IDEA "WHY OR HOW" THIS HAS HAPPENED? HERE'S THE BOTTOM LINE----DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO. THEY HAVE SO MANY COGS IN THEIR UNORGANIZED SUPER CORPORATION IT TAKES THEM A WEEK TO ATTAIN ANY ACCURATE INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY MUST HAVE AN AUTOMATED ACCOUNT PROGRAM THAT ARBITRARILY

9-25-14

I paid my auto loan off in person with a cashiers check as directed by the Wells Fargo account manager to ensure the exact pay off amount, to get a receipt, and to have the title mailed to the new owner.

After weeks of follow up calls and visits to the local bank branch to find out where the title I still don’t have the title.

HERE’S THE BIG PROBLEM-

-The new owner of the vehicle received a statement asking for a payment amount that is due 1/18/2018….4 YEARS FROM NOW! After they have received payment in full.

-The statement received list not even half of the payment that they received.

-Customer Service and Account Managers have already confirmed the payment in full and that I am to receive the balance from the over payment.

-The title is still not received and the new owner cannot register the vehicle or drive it because they don’t have the title.

Wells Fargo clearly has arbitrary accounting programs that self generate falsified statements and you become responsible for their accounting mistakes.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO... Unless you like being ripped off!

BIG BANK ATTITUDE AND INCOMPETENCE ISSUES????
