WFNNB WFNNB NEWPORT NEWS-DCA iSSUED UNSOLICITED CHARGE ACCOUNT ADDED FRAUDULENT LATE FEES AND UNAURTHORIZED CHARGES COLOMBUS, Ohio

In June 2004 I ordered a Blouse for $29,95 by phone and was informed they would bill me and I could pay with a check.   When it arrived, the quality was not what I was expecting so I returned it postage paid.   In Oct I received a credit card invoice for $93.00.  When I called to question this charge, I was informed that they didn't receive the return and had converted my account to a charge account.  With the added late fees and no way to prove I returned the item, I paid the $93 on another card and closed the account.

In March of 2005, I received  a statement saying that the $93 total I paid in Oct. actually had a $0.41 interest charge that had not been added to the previous $93.00 total. This $0.41 amount had continue to accrue interest and monthly late fees for five months bringing the new total due to $194.00. I had already spent $93 for a $30 sweater that I don't even have and I spent months on the phone and writing letters until Jan 2008 when I found out that they charged off  the $194 in Oct 2007.  These people are nothing but a scam and BUYER BEWARE.
