XM Labs Placed order for trial offer. Did not ship. Tried to get $139.97 from CC, denied by my card. Hollywood Florida

June 1, 2009 order a trial sample of teeth whitening. Agreed to $1.97 . That night I received a call asking about the order wanting acct # etc; I refused and hung up. One June 6th. I checked my credit card account. XM Labs has taken $1.97 ( which I approved) and $1.00 to see if my card number was good. This is a bogus charge because when you run the car its either good or rejected. I did not approve them to do that. The next day I got an alert from my Bank asking me to contact them. When I did they asked if I had approved a charge for $139.97 from XM Labs. I said no and they told me they had denied that charge. I thanked them and immediately cancelled the card. The bank replaced it with another card. I contacted XM Labs and they wanted to tell me all about their contract. I advised them I was fully aware of the language and dealth with this type of thing all my life. Her rebuttle was " You have ten days from time of placing the order and then we bill the card Company" I asked her how could I test the product when I still didn't have it.She insisted it was sent. I immediately went through the procedure,on line with her, and cancelled everything.
Their order verification says orders will be shipped in1-2 weeks max.

My order showed up here on July 16. They tried to get $139.97 on July 9,2008. Shipping to my location is overnight ,over the road, by USPS. I can give them the benefit of two days.

Under no circumstances deal with this company. Get them on the phone and tell them you want to cancel. They keep their site to cancel a very guarded secret.
