I bought a pair of eyeglass frames on 5/6/2017, then on 5/8/2017 I noticed on my bank statement that they took out the payment for them(Paypal).

I DID NOT receive them and it is now 7/1/2017. I know it's only been 2 months but you would think that they would have responded to the emails I had sent them. No glasses and no response makes me think it's all a big scam!

A legit company would get back to you. Too bad I didn't notice the ripoff report before I ordered from that site! Isn't there any truth and honesty left in the world?

I will continue to search for a way to get my money back. Be very cautious when dealing with online businesses, people and such! Thanks for reading this and have a pleasant day.

I filed a report on July 1st 2017 about buying eyeglass frames from this company online and not getting them. Well I'm glad to say I DID get my money back!!

I finally called them 2 months after ordering the frames (during these months they did not respond to my emails), and I got ahold of a younger guy who answered the phone, with just a "hello" (no professional-type opening line like you might expect from customer service), and I told him all about my situation.

He didn't know anything at all. It was as if he was working out of his basement or something. I asked him to look up info about my frames to see if they were available but he didn't have the ability to do so, for some reason or another. He  said they take orders from other online sites too (that might not be good). I outright asked if this was a legit business and he said yes it was.

Well, after several more questions (and some accusations cause I'm getting mad and he couldn't help me), he finally said he would give me the personal cell phone number of his apparent associate and I could settle things with her. Who gives out a  personal #, wouldn't it be another business #? Anyway, I hoped that I would eventually get to the bottom of it, so I asked for her name and I called.

She also answered with just a "hello" (no professional opening line like a legit business might give). I went over everything  with her, as I did with him. I have to say she was very apologetic about my not receiving my frames, which surprised me. I asked her if she had read my emails and she didn't know about them or said someone else was supposed to read them. It was as if they were passing responsibility off on one another. Nobody knew what they were doing. They seemed nice enough I guess, but they were not acting professional at all. I really think only 2 people ran the company!

I asked her if the frames were in stock and she said she would have to check on it and call me back in about a half hour. First of all, why did I need to hang up for her to look it up online? What professional can't just tap a few computer buttons and find out in a snap what's going on? I crossed my fingers, hoping she would call back and I hung up.

So now I'm getting more suspicious and nervous about the whole thing, just sitting there waiting and thinking how unprofessional and confused they seem to be about business in general. She did indeed call back and said they were out of stock (I don't really know what she did during that half hour, but glad she called back). Again, very apologetic, which reassured me some.  I told her I expected a full refund and she agreed to it (probably because she didn't want to get into any potential trouble).

So, I finally got my full refund! I'm still not sure how legit this business is or not, but it worked out for me in the end. I stuck with it until I won and I'm glad. Don't stop fighting for yourself if someone is trying to rip you off!! Thanks for reading this post.
