$310 may not be much to pay for a painting unless, of course, you get a badly painted canvas and insulted by the arrogant and aggressive David. B, the Israeli owner of  1st-art-gallery. They advertised a ‘museum-quality’ painting but what I got was a ‘cheap-muck painting’ that arrved from China which my twelve year old daughter could have painted better. I was then insulted my David. B when I tried unsuccessfully to get my money back.

Attached to this rebuttal an image proving without doubt that all the reviews about our company are fake and were left by the same person, a Chinese competitor.

1st Art Gallery is a US based company.

Unfortunately one of our Chinese competitors is a mentally disturbed individual, who for many years has been trying without success to damage the reputation of our company.

It is easy to see that all the posts pertaining to our company were written by the same individual, all exhibiting the same childish language, ridiculous over the top claims, and the grammar of a ten years old.

His nonsense ranges from the company being owned by the Chinese Military, to stories of product recalls and toxicity, and posting fake reviews as if he was a real customer.

We have recently retained the services of an attorney in order to locate and prosecute this person but until then, please review the images attached to this response, showing that the images that this person is adding to his "complains" are fake images that can be found in numerous sources online.

Complete and Utter Rubbish from 1st-art-gallery

I am appalled that 1st-art-gallery have the front to come on here and sprout utter garbage in their reply. If they were based in the US, which they are not, then thet would be facing legal chages for false and misleading advertising. My webmaster traced their nasty emails back to Israel and the ugly painting came from China. It is time the Isreali and Chinese governments put their houses in order and closed the conmen at 1st art gallery down.

FBI investigates 1st-art-gallery

As I received no money back, I lodged a complaint with the FBI as the local poloice could not deal with it as it invloved international criminals. The investingating agent told me that these scammers are baed in ISRAEL (but the rubbish painting) came from CHINA), he said that ISREAL doesn't have an extradition agreement with the USA so they couldn't apply to have David B. (there is no Mike Mitchell - he doesn't exist) extradited. However, the ISREALI authorities have been notified and it is only a matter of time before the thief David B. is brought to justice. Don't believe this carefully contrived scam with all their FAKE reviews (and their reviews are just as tacky as their paintings), they are NOT based in the USA nd they will cheat you.
