This guy is a renter's worst nightmare. I've had bad landlords, heard some horror stories, but nothing as bad as Kevin. He is completely untruthful about the properties he rents, does not fullfil his conditions until forced to do so, and actually tried to get us to pay for non-existent bills. He is immature and uneducated which makes him ever harder to deal with him. Total disgrace to Kelowna.

This guy is a renter's worst nightmare. I've had bad landlords, heard some horror stories, but nothing as bad as Kevin. Do not rent from him, you will regret it your whole lease.
