abercrombie.com Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister RUINED BIRTHDAY AND ATTEMPTED FRAUD New Albany Ohio
Foolishly went to their website to buy an e-gift card for a family member. Website stated allow 24 hours for processing. Bought the Gift card 48 hours in advance and asked to send it 24 hours early.
Day of family member's birthday and order still NOT processed despite having been charged 48 hours prior. Called day of family member's birthday to get status- DISCOVERY-
Abercrombie & Fitch's Call Center (Clearwater Florida) has ZERO available supervisors/management staff available for ANY situation- escalated or otherwise- to assist with ANY problems that come through that office.
Supposedly they have a "SUPERVISOR QUEUE" which is a voicemail system set up that requests up to 24 hours for a response. Cancelled order online - per website option since order status was: "Processing" - no cancellation request confirmed.
Called back to the Clearwater Florida call center- says that "Order has now been processed" DESPITE having no confirmation and this is AFTER Cancellation. Left a message in the "SUPERVISOR QUEUE" - no call back received.
UTTER INCOMPETENCE BY A SHAM ONLINE SYSTEM THAT HAS ZERO OVERSIGHT FOR ITS' EMPLOYEES
