DR. LUIS LEE IS A BAD MAN, DISGRACE TO DOCTORS, LIAR AND COWARD!! BEWARE of Luis Lee's laser/BBL/IPL treatments. It has been almost 6 months now since he charged me $1500 to damage, burn and scar my chest using the BBL/Halo laser. Luis Lee's incompetence left me with second degree burns that still have not healed.
The skin is red, the texture has thickened and it is now a raised scar. HE BURNED AND PERMANENTLY SCARRED THE CENTER OF MY CHEST. (see yelp review for photos) He does not know what he is doing when operating the hand piece to the laser and was NOT TRAINED!! He should not be operating any sort of laser equipment, it is meant for experienced Board Certified Dermatologists or Plastic Surgeons.
He is a wound care doctor who decided to open a med spa!! WHAT A JOKE! The worst part is that I will now have to get several more treatments from QUALIFIED doctors to fix the burn and scar now. I asked Luis Lee to refund my money and he refused, pretending he would "think about it and get back to me once he spoke with his lawyer."
Instead of coming back to me and answering me, I never heard from him. A TOTAL COWARD & THIEF. He is a liar, and told me everything would be gone in 3 months. I am still left 6 months later with an ugly red raised thick scar line down my chest. He is a crooked doctor and operating a unprofessional business with no integrity or respect for his patients or his work. Do not have any treatments done at his grungy med spa you will be sorry...

I totally agree that Dr. Lee is a cheat , liar, deceitful , unethical and unprofessional! I had a volumea fillers for $860 a syringe! That while he was injecting never showed to me and tried to hide it from me ! If it's volume it's supposed to last 2 years! But, guess what in less than 2 months it all dissipated .. Not only he used cheap stuff after I left a n honest well deserved review, his attorney made a threat that I should remove the review or I would be sued!!!! I could not believe the audacity of this conman!!!
