A-Grade Automotive The Best Auto Parts LLC They wont give me my refund back an hour after I ordered a motor because of all the red flags popped up and cancaled my orderr Sheridan Wyoming

 I put a request in to purchase a motor for a 2009 Volvo S40 2.4L,  a place called AM Automotive{this place checked out} text me said they had a motor for $1199.00 I wasn’t sure I had the cash in the bank seen I did so I emailed them back told them to call me, then I get a call saying this is AGRADE AUTOMOTIVE and I will be getting all your information for the motor you requested so then the guy (Jacob) says 2009 Volvo s40 2.4l low low miles and says its being shipped from Wyoming.

I said I thought you said earlier when I spoke to some other guy you were from Florida, A-grade Automotive guy (Jacob) says well we all work together and are affiliated so then I paid $1450.00 with credit card then got off the phone I get a email from the guy in Florida asking to pay $1199.00 for the motor. I checked this company out before hand and they were legit (AM Automotive), So I look up A-GRADE AUTOMOTIVE there site nothing worked. not even the support or cart anything it had 2 review’s. guess what name it was from “ John Doe” and “Stephen Smith” of all names, and then in Latin so I translated it it’s just a bunch of scrambled words because they don’t know any English which I attached so I call them back up told them I want my cash back.

they fiddled around took a few days of me bugging and demanding my cash back to that Jacob then he puts me on the phone with his supervisor Zayn Thomas and he’s telling me why do I want a refund I said because I want to see the motor I’m buying and Jacob said its still in the car and the car is in another state he agreed and they send me an email saying we issued you a refund will be in your bank in 3 to 5 business days that was on the 28th of May 2021 still to this day nothing and no replying back to my emails or messages.

they blocked my calls I literally only had 1500.00 to my name so now I have no car or money to get parts to fix mine I seriously had to save dollar by dollar to get enough to get a motor months ago. So far Its been 2 month been calling,  sending emails, n letters to BBB with no outcome  Last week BBB sent me an email saying they want to know if I will except there offer they have for me so I go to the site log in and it’s the same receipt they sent me last May 28th and do I except or reject there offer?

I told BBB that I don’t reject or except that offer because a receipt doesn’t pay bills or show up in the bank account and A-Grade Auto are now saying there is a problem with my bank that there not allowing them to refund or deposit the money back into my account , last week there saying that they gave my bank the money and there not giving it to me so basically they are targeting and  intercepting the automotive used parts hotline . They have been totally  scamming people for 4 years now.
