Alamo Car Rental Damage Claim for damage that never occurred Jacksonville FLorida

Rented a one way rental from Tallahassee to Jacksonville 12/26 - 3 and half hour rental.  Returned the car in Jacksonville with no damage.  Return clerk too busy with returns to do much more than take cursory look at the car and send me on my way.  No mention of any damage to the vehicle. Now they are trying to pin an unknown amount of damage on me from some collection agency affiliated with them.  They don't provide any time stamp photo showing the damage, don't even tell you the damage.  All they ask for is a credit card or insurance info to try and bill.

Note that I am an under 26 driver, so I think that I had a bullseye on me to start.

Here's the kicker though.  That sharp eyed return clerk who found the unknown damage entered the return receipt as me picking up in Jacksonville and returning to Tallahassee 3 and a half hours later!!!  One wonders if they even have the correct car if they can't get a simple thing like the receipt correct.

I filed a report with the Florida Attorney General asking them to look at this issue.

Meanwhile I wait for them to respond to my faxed response that I am disputing their claim.
