Alex Fraser o/a 1092834 B.C. Ltd and other entities with the word Koocanusa in it.  

Similar to the previous report on Alex Fraser and other site referring to him.  This man fancies himself as a financing master.  A guru of getting things done when others can’t.  Only thing he has done is taken money from a lot of people over the 3 years and have not delivered once on what he said.  Everytime is was supposedly completed another excuse is arises.  I am sure he will get to done one of these days. Aka sucker another person and pay us off.  I think they call that a Ponzi Scheme.  If I had millions and know him they way I do now.  I would not lend this horrible liar $1 for a cup of coffee.  

He keeps claiming he done all the magnificent project but when asked exactly what he did successfully, he dismisses it and get really aggressive.  If this experience is a glimpse of anything he has done in the past.  I’m sure those he dealt with will have the same long list as ours; misery, sadness, depression,  disappointed, frustratation disgusted etc.  There’s absolutely not 1 person I came across who has any nice things to say about him.  

So so so sad that beautiful property keeps attracting these greedy swine.  Alex Fraser has no money and protrays others source of funding as his own, unless he proves otherwise.  Don’t be fooled.  

My advise stay far clear of this numb skull.
