AliExpress Won't refund money when product was damaged in shipment Hangzhou s**+ Zhejiang Province

These people are the worst scum since Worldcomm.  I ordered a computer monitor that took about a month to get to me.  When I got it and plugged it it, it was apparent the upper corner had been damaged in shipping due to improper packing and that the center support rod had apparently moved and smashed the LCD screen while in transit.  The monitor was all cracked and had a huge spot that was dead and horizontal lines running through it. 

I submitted a refund request a few hours after I received it and immediately after I opened it with pictures and annotations and a description.  I was immediately granted a refund.  This was rescinded a few hours later with AliExpress saying that they had intervened and I would hear back immediately and within 24 hours.  Of course, they are completely unaccountable strong armed communists so they did not respond within 24 hours.  I subsequently had a number of chat sessions over the next week which finally ended with the agent saying my refund was approved and I would receive it but I needed to be patent. 

She lied.  This did not happen.  Ultimately I contested the charge with Citibank on my Visa.  They contacted AliExpress and AliExpress rejected the validity of my complaint but didn't even bother to fill in the reason on Citibank's form.  They left it blank. 

These people are dysfunctional pieces of crap who have no intention of protecting their customers.  And Alibaba's delivery company CAINIAO is even more unaccountable and dysfunctional than AliExpress itself. They will do anything for the dollar and won't stand behind their issues.  They are as slimey as a company gets.

While you can find good deals and many of the sellers have the highest level of integrity, this was an AliExpress issue and they are just lying propagandists who repeatedly tell the customer how much they care about them.  It's all communist/corporate BS.  They make COMCAST look good.
