All My Sons Moving & Storage All My Sons Moving was incapable of a 5 city block move, studio apt to studio apt. The literally broke a sofs bed in two pieces, dropped marble table tops, ripped cushions from dining chairs. They also doubled the quoted price onto my debit card. After contacting the office in Cherry Hill, NJ because the driver even left with the keycard to the bldg, Mike literally hung up on me alleging I was "playing the gender card". It doesn't appear as though their employees are background checked.

The Texas office allegedly escalated the complaint but I later found out it was escalated to someone on family leave. I would like a complete refund in addition to reimbursement for haulers & new furniture. There is still a bureau they just left in the middle of the living room. I am unable to move these items as I am disabled.

Couldn't even fix anything becsuse they had no tools, blankets or packing tape. They used & took my packing tape & took my bubble wrap. Entire boxes of items are missing which I had to repurchase. I now have to pay a hauler to remove large items, buy new furniture, etc. The home office was allegedly escalating this complaint but it was escalated to someone on maternity leave.
