After being seriously injured in two major accidents, and several surgeries short of brain surgery. My Neurosurgeon sent me physical therapy. Found a couple of water therapy locations. I saw reviews online about the sketchy billing practices of Alliance Hand and Physical Therapy in Wayne, NJ. Had no idea that there billing was full of deceit, and harm to patients even when the business is being paid for services accordingly.

Visited Alliance Hand & Physical Therapy Wayne (location) which seemed to be a great fit, but the co payments were not affordable being that I was not able to work during my recovery. Pamela, suggested that I pay partial co payments. The other half of the co payments upon settlement of my case. Did not have any idea not to believe  there would be any issues. It takes two years for a case to settle or go to trial in NJ, not a year. Pamela, had my account in collection, and reported negatively to the credit bureau unbeknown to myself or lawyer. My attorney paid Pamela, and Alliance Hand & Physical Therapy immediately upon settlement of the case, as agreed.

Several years after being paid in full Alliance Hand & Physical Therapy under the direction of Pamela has continued to report negative information. When contacted about removing the negative item, there billing office hung up the phone, and refused to assist with giving a letter to delete the negative item or to remove the negative item.
