Amazon and Jeff Bezoz They would not let me sign in closed my account permanently without any notice and they're horrible customer service i have been an amazon customer for many years they closed therefore keeping me from getting to my gift card it was 100.00 sitting in my account they wont let me sign in to my account so i can't get my money.

 I've been with Amazon for many years and I've been using Amazon Fresh and whole foods and even pantry and I'm willing to give them another chance if they're willing to give me another chance the Covid started all of this and I can't get into my account to retrieve my egift gift card balance 100.00 that my family gave me so i don't starve i don't know what questions they want answered because they don't call me all they say 24 hours and they never call I've been getting 24 hours excuse for the past 4 months.

oh we're going to do an investigation and you know 24 hours we'll get back to you nobody ever does for me it's like they want to keep the money that's in my account they won't let me use it I can't log in to get it and take it and you know put it on another Visa card or something because you know if they're closing my account or locking it permanently then you know I have to retrieve that gift card I know I'm not going to leave anything in my account I mean I enjoyed dealing with Amazon.

i bought a big screen from them with no problems yes there were some times when Amazon didn't deliver a package and I was waiting and waiting and it was another time that a package was delivered and everything was broken inside I watched an Amazon worker throw a box up against my door and break all my CDs that were inside I watched her from the window then I went out the door and said you're not supposed to slam that down like that and she gave me the finger pretty much and took off so I contacted Amazon and I told them you know every single time Amazon is to deliver they're not nice people they're not they don't treat the packages correctly they throw the packages I don't have a problem signing for orders if that's what they want me to do.

I have no problem doing that all they have to do is ring the doorbell and wait 4 me to get there because I'm disabled and it's slow for me to get to the door so they just have to wait a little bit not just leave it you know what I mean so you know I don't know they've sat on my account not allowing me to enter it I spoke to my aunt Ellie who's the one who sent me the gift card so I don't know what's happening I have no idea why they have locked my account but when I call the other person on the other line tells me that my account is on hold yet the error message in the account says it's closed and that it's a permanent close and that's messed up being that I've been with Amazon for many years.

things can get lost in the mail there were many times that things got lost in the mail but it was specifically when Amazon was the driver of the gifts usually anything coming UPS don't send nothing postal because I've already had where they're opening things up you know I received something from disability yesterday and they basically delivered it open they opened it and read my information so I don't know what's going on with the post office but whatever I'm being accused of by Amazon still they didn't even consult me when they close my account i placed an amazon fresh order which came on oct 30 they didn't do anything as a matter of fact and I've been with them for many years and they're willing to lose a faithful good customer that's up to them but this is the only place that I was getting my food from

whole foods and Amazon Fresh and when I wanted to buy something that wasn't food I would use Amazon cart to do it and with the gift cards I would want to buy an egift card for myself but it had to be an e-gift card I would buy the e-gift card and I would have to send it to myself there's no other way to get the money that I paid for a gift card if I don't send it to my own email I have to send it from a different email so that it sends directly into my email there's no fraud with that I paid for the card you know I paid for the card in this case the door dash card and you know there's nothing to that you know I tried to there's only one way you can get it if you buy a gift card for yourself it's an e gift card you have to send it from a different email address to be able to use it immediately and thats the only thing i can think of and they tell me to fill out a form i have yet to receive a form i checked my email today no form so theyre just using any excuse they can to keep my money and i was warned by a family member never to use Amazon I didn't believe it til now i intend to bring heavy litigation against Amazon and Jeff Bezoz for discrimination and false accusations that caused my account to be closed to the point of placing Amazons Jeff Bezoz and Amazon on tv for bad publicity i have many friends in media that will cover this case is that what you want?  some deliveries never reached my house and pretty much their accusing me that when I called for products that did not come that that I was lying about that and I don't know how they ran to that decision I bought a big screen television from them and you know nothing happened with that order October 30th I received what I thought was Amazon Fresh I'm not sure but Amazon Fresh delivered and it was October 30th and I was in my account so how did they lock my account I saw that the day before I ordered and my account was open because I was able to get into it my account was opened because I was able to put the gift card numbers in the claim code area

now I have $100 in my account in the balance of my gift card account so I don't know what game they're playing but pretty much that's the whole story you know things would come one time Amazon Amazon Fresh missed out on sending me a lactaid gallon and the next day they brought me the lactaid gallon because that's all that was missing from that account you know from that order and you know I don't know what they want me to admit to I'm not going to admit to something that I didn't do I'm telling them straight up you know that I'm I'm fine with sign orders where you get the order person waits at the door you have to sign for the order and that proves you received it okay I mean you've seen it on the news people are always stealing people's packages all over the world and they're accusing me of telling them lies that I didn't receive something when you know what I mean that I've received something when I didn't and I don't know if that's the reason they close the account other times my phone had to change because I couldn't make the payment for my phone so I had to go on

text now and get another phone number and I updated them with that new phone number and my phone numbers were changing because I couldn't pay my account on the phone so they would shut me down and there was no way for me to do anything so I put text now on my phone just in case so that I get shut down again on my phone I can actually have a different number that I can give to Amazon but you know they say they're going to call you in 24 hours it's been 4 months of 24 hours every time I call everyone tells me there's an investigation it's been 4 months since 24 hours I was given a 24 hours yesterday and still nobody's called me I hardly check my email I'm not one to check my emails frequently as you think I'm I'm really not I don't check my emails sometimes I do but it's better to text me or call me directly on my phone number so we can get this settled because this is what it's looking like to me it's discrimination either you looked at what I have ordered and decided that you don't like Trump supporters there's a discrimination on my reputation of what they're accusing me of so that I would call that you know what Trump is basically going at in the courts that he's suing the fake news for defamation of character and lies that they told to try to smear his reputation the same thing is happening to me with Amazon I need to get to the money because the money doesn't belong to me the money belongs to my aunt Ellie she's been calling she now knows 24 hours is up nobody called her either looks to me like

Amazon likes stealing people's money and I was told that by a certain person that will remain anonymous not to deal with Amazon but I have been with Amazon for many years and I think for them to to do that to my account without even calling me first and getting my side of the story is totally unprofessional I'm willing to do another chance with Amazon if they do another chance with me and I'll sign for everything that comes I had no problem with the October 30th delivery from Amazon Fresh and I had no problems you know until they started giving things to the elderly they should have been getting it for the disabled as well because they're lumped right in there with the elderly they can't be mobile or anything I went four months without lactaid I needed the lactaid whole milk and every time I went it said sold out that it was sold out you guys have to increase what you buy so that nothing is sold out I don't know how you're going to do it but if you want to keep customers you should be increasing your inventory they can go and look back into every single thing that I bought from Amazon Fresh and they'll see that I always have bought lactaid and they'll see the one lactate that was delivered to my house because they had forgot to leave me the gallon so I'm leaving the rebuttal here and I meant what I said I don't want my account being taken away for something that is not my fault and something that you know I have not lied to Amazon I don't have anything that I haven't bought except for the deliveries that never came so that's all I have to say I need them to open up the account so I can get that gift card money out of there I would appreciate it if someone from Amazon would call me on the phone 19088489245 so that i dont have to bring heavy litigationor tv publicity i have friends and family that will tell the truth

First off the CEO of Amazon didn't close your account or has anything to do with this. They didn't close your account out of the blue, they closed it for a specific reason.

You say that they are accusing you of something you didn't do, but you failed to tell us what that was or why you disagree.

So what is the rest of the story.
