April and Jason aka "Jace” Chicosky lie, cheat and steal from everyone and anyone they come across. Their motto is "if they’ve got money, we can steal most or all of it!” They were even Bonnie and Clyde for Halloween as they know what scumbags they truly are and do nothing to hide or disguise any of it. They will never fulfill any promises they make to clients, vendors or anyone when it comes to appointment times, shipping dates, project completion days/times or the level of work to be performed.

Instead they make excuses for everything! We tried working with them for coaching, photography, shopping and prep services and general consulting and instead of conducting business like they should someone at their office ALWAYS has some crazy medical issue that got in the way of them shipping products out, finishing photos on time, coming to scheduled appointments on the phone or doing anything they’re supposed to do!

Need photography done ASAP and paid $500 for it? Sorry but that’ll have to wait a few more weeks because so and so broke their arm, or one of the owners has a migraine (for weeks)—and apparently since April can’t work that day that means Jace and the rest of the office can’t either for some reason, or so and so is pregnant, or so and so has the flu and now everyone has it, or so and so has coronavirus.

I mean come on, business is business and it needs to get done in a timely manner. Waiting several months for something that should take a couple days at most is absurd. This company is a scam and has no clue what they are doing. I tried working with them for far too long and now I’m happy working with a company I have met in person in Denver and one that gets the work done that we pay for.

Do NOT believe a word they say or any excuse they give you as it is all a bunch of lies. Save your money and go to any other company or do it yourself as it isn’t worth the aggravation, lost money or frustration in dealing with the owners of this company (April and Jace), who will attack you verbally and insult you instead of getting the job done because they are scam artists!

Here is a link to another unhappy customer of theirs who tried for over 6 months just for them to put his products on a couple of pallets and ship them out—something that could’ve been done in 1-2 days—but it took them over 6 months and even then they screwed this guy over—repeatedly lying about everyone having the flu, miscarriages, headaches, broken arms and more—the lies never end and for some reason they think any of that is supposed to matter?!

There are lots of reputable companies out there offering Amazon FBA prep services, photography, consulting, coaching, listing help, copywriting, etc., so save yourself the time, hassle and grief from ever knowing this true Bonnie and Clyde couple in April and Jason "Jace” Chicosky as you’ll end up penniless and upset that you have to go elsewhere for real help.

Any positive reviews they have on their Facebook page are paid for, over two years old or they just haven’t scammed fully—YET! http://myamzimporterexperience.com/

Yup it's 2022 and they're trying to Pull this Same Excuse on Me!

They Ignored me trying to get my Inventory back from them from November 2021-February 2022.

And then I gave them Pre-Paid Shipping Labels in March 2022.....and now it's June 2022 (90 Days later and they still have not Shipped anything out).

I also found out they played the same Mind Games with another Customer in 2019...Picture attached.

 Our goal with responding, is not to invoke a David and Goliath battle. We're simply going to write about the derogatory content of this post and provide accurate information. First off, the publication of these inaccurate statements and severe personal attacks will ultimately financially hurt all involved. Defamation laws originated from the first amendment and aren’t taken lightly.

These laws aim to strike a balance between allowing the distribution of information, ideas, opinions, and protecting people from having lies be told about them. The Web is how our business thrives. Aggressive personal attacks and inaccurate accusations can be detrimental to our family’s livelihood. "A lie can travel halfway around the world, while the truth is still putting on their shoes.”

Now for my rebuttal: Our pricing is one of the cheapest in the United States. We are not out to rip people off. We run our business with integrity. Our profits increase by 103% this past year. We haven’t taken a personal raise in 2 years. However, every single one of our employees got a raise and/or a bonus this past year.

If we were such scammers, we would not have had such substantial growth. Comparing us to (Bonnie and Clyde) sociopathic sadistic mass murders, is truly a sickening statement. Slander is the utterance of defamatory statements or reports that’s injurious to the reputation, wellbeing, and financially devastating to the victim and Is in violation of the law.

To address the health complaint: The medical issues that myself or my staff have,you legally don’t have the right to speculate upon or divulge. You have breached our health information rights, violated our provision of privacy, and personal security. All punishable in the court of law. This can result in a complaint with the office for civil rights (OCD), resulting in a civil case that can result in the defendant (you) paying punitive damages.

We are well aware of your true identity. It took our IT specialist a simple command prompt to identify your IP and location. We aren’t going to reveal your identity to live by example and not behave in a malicious and immoral manner. "If we can control our speech, we can control all areas of our lives.” James 3:2 You did not get coaching, photography, or general consulting services from us.

In fact, some of those services haven’t been offered in over a year due to us focusing on other services. You have a local business that does a lot of the same tings we do, why would you need us for these things? Your company abruptly changed ownership with very little organization during the process. We had to communicate with multiple people to get them up to speed.

These people did not relay to the others what was going on. It was disorganized to say the least. You didn’t come in the picture until the last few months before we decided to severe ties. You were hostile, argued about everything, accused us of not invoicing correctly, which then you decided to not pay (resulting in us ceasing production on your inventory).

We had documentation to prove you wrong and urged you to consulting with your accounting department to verify. Simply put, you were belligerent, rude, aggressive, insulting, and refused to have a professional civil conversation. This post proves our case on your behavior. People accuse others falsely as a revenge tactic, vindictiveness, power tactic, or simply to gain control.

Not only did you lie about your identity, you lied on this complete report. You presented a strangers post as evidence of our supposed unethical business practices and personal morality. You provided zero evidence to back up your allegations. We have been in business for years and only have one complaint- other than this ridiculous post.

We aren’t going to irrelevant information, but we will say there’s a lot more to the complaint you posted from a past client. We did drop the ball, due to circumstances both ourselves and the client created. We take responsibility for our part in it, because that’s the professional and right thing to do. Your disgusting rant is a prime example of how you behaved with us. This does not represent the behavior of a civilized citizen and does not foster a healthy existence as a man/business man.

This is the only time that we are politely asking you to delete this report. Otherwise, we will be forced to take legal action. You and your company will remain in our thoughts and prayers.
