Ashley Furniture Wrong bed Long Beach CA

I went to buy a bed, and the seller show me a tempurepedic medium, and I try it , feel was soft and nice. 

it was totally 4,800 with extras, because I have problems in my back , I was happy to find a bed that will ease

my pain during sleep hours. They delivered the bed and big surprice, it was hard and very sturdy, I went to the

store , and they told me that the bed will be soft after many days of use, I want to change it and they refuse,

even it was delivered 30 minutes before.

Firts thing they never told me that the bed  I will get,was not soft like in the show room.

Second, you can not return it, even if never was use it.

Third the seller Benancio and the he supervisor are very deceiving, be very carefull, even the seller try 

to get pity tell you ,how great is raise three childrens without a mother , and all that BS to just entitle to 

buy.
