BATS CRM (Owner Tom Kustura) Total Ripoff - No Apology - No refund for fake leads or jibberish entry.... SELLING CRAP TO BROKERS. Boca Raton Florida

Reasons to avoid iBility Media,  ShipYourCar Now, LLC and BATS CRM:

1) Gavin Kesten is the CEO of ShipYourCarNow, LLC (one of the biggest ripoff companies in the whole auto shipping industry)!   

2) Letting BATS CRM manage your sales is like handing all your leads over to ShipYourCarNow!   

3) Tom - the manager at BATS CRM could care less if he makes a sale or if you like his service.   He is selling your data to other brokers as leads and trying to pass them off as legit consumer inquiries.   Total crap.

4) Nightmare - leads come in with cartoon names, fake email addresses and fake phone numbers.   No credit, no replacement and certainly no apology for the bad leads.   5 to 7 leads out of every 20 you receive are total crap.   

5) If you are using BATS CRM or getting leads from iBility Media, you are an idiot.  The leads are over priced and you are giving away your data through an insecure backdoor through BATS CRM to ShipYourCarNow LLC owned by Gavin Kesten (a man voted most likely to ripoff the most consumers in the auto transport industry of all time).   

6) When companies spend more time putting fake information all over the internet rather than work ethically with each customer, that is a big red flag.  

7) When BATS CRM can not even put their office phone number on their website (or even their "contact us" page)... that is a huge red flag.   They just don't care!   YOU SHOULDN'T CARE EITHER!   AVOID THESE CLOWNS.

Tom Kustura (sp?) and Gavin KESTEN - you have a complete conflict of interest going on between BATS CRM, ShipYourCarNow LLC and iBility Media.   You are stealing from one customer and selling crap bad into to another customer.   There is a special place in hell for you two.   You are afraid to work.  You rip people off.  Look at all the reviews about this all over the internet.  Shame on  you two.
