WE WERE ON THE ROAD AND LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY IN FRONT ROYAL VA. WE THOUGHT WE WERE CALLING BAYMONT HOTEL IN FRONT ROYAL. WHEN THEY ANSWERES NEVER STATED THA THIS WAS A THIRD PARTY RESERVATION COMP. THEY NEVER STATED THAT THRE WOULD BE A $19.99 SERVICE FEE.

WHEN ASKED ABOUT OUT AAA OR AARP DISSCOUNT THY STATED THEY COULD NOT GET THIS INFORMATION. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. IN A WEB SEARCH IT APPEAR THAT A CLASS ACTION SUIT MAYBE IN PROCESS. WHEN CALLING CUSTOMER SERVCIE NO ONE IS THERE TO ANSWER AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS.
