This company is a total scam. They took 4 hours to get to my car (that’s fine whatever, I get it. It’s a towing company and they’re busy). The driver proceeds to tell me that his manager wanted him to leave right away for someone reason. He leaves my car literally in the middle of the road and just takes off. It doesn’t end here.
His manager Lara proceeds to charge me for the service. I called her a bunch of times and she ended up just hanging up the phone. The driver was complaining about her and I don’t blame the driver for what he did because she instructed him to do so. But apparently that’s how she frauds people all the time.
