We delivered the work in full, made numerous revisions. Beverly Gun-Munro at first refused payment, then agreed to pay 50%, then started ignoring our communications. Finally replied making completely ridiculous excuses about her board not wanting to pay.

This company scams contractors after after receiving services and blatantly lies. The fact that they're allowed to deal with the health and wellbeing of animals is absolutely atroscious. They should be investigated.
