Blackhawk network I tried to use their gift card at the restaurant, the cash register did not read the card , I paid for the order via my gift card . When I check balance on gift card , there was $1 , but the gift card was worth $100. Customer service and dud out department and dispute department to put money back on the card , if I would show the the receipt on the purchase of the card . The card was given to me as a gift by a person , whose whereabouts are not know to me Ulcew
