Complaint Review: BLAUX portable air units -
BLAUX portable air units I have been emailed by; Cedric, Leslie, Amy, JP, Eric, Nina, Jim, Vanji and Hani Order on 7-16. Cancelled on 7-16 because I found out it would take 2 to 3 months to receive, I am out $148.93
On 7-16 I ordered two portable units from Blaux. $148.93. When I founf out it would take 2 to 3 months to get the units I cancelled on same day. I requested a refund fro there web page. I was notified that it would take 7 to 15 days. OK. Then on 8-2 I emailed the company and asked where my refund money was. That is when this whole nightmare started. I have been emailed by at least seven customer service reps, telling me they would get me a refund. Then Im told that the refunds were done on 8-6. I checked with my bank and I did receive a refund for the filter and warranty, but not for the portable units,$148.93, So I got copies of my bank statement from 8-1 to 9-1 to show them no refund for R148.93 was ever put back into my account.
Now they are telling me, I need to track the tracking number for my refund. Who do I track it with. When I called my bank and gave them the tracking number, they just laughed at me. This is not right, I really need help getting that money back. We havent worked since 3-17 and here in Nevada irs getting back. Because of our age, I doubt well ever find work again.
