The owner told us the same lies as Rebecca!  The pictures of the merchandise diplayed and the detail items on their website are not accurate.  It clearly states on their website that you can "easily double your money", I made a detailed excel spreadsheet with each of the items model numbers and retail price from a big box retailer, and it becomes very clear that we paid the full retail price for the entire load. 

I asked David, how we can double our money like the website claims, his reponse was that he's not a salesman but his other customers have no problem doing it.  He then stated he would make it up to us on the next shippment we purchased.  This guy is a complete scam artist and should be charged with UDAAP violations.

 I have reviewed the response made by this business BN bargains in reference to complaint . They are lairs and have been deceiving a lot of people. When I initially contact David , he seems so nice and helpful but it was all part of their scamming business and never did he mention I will be getting junk. Who will spend $8750 for junk. He even assured assured me this load is an Amazon high end product and I can easily Double or triple my money.

When the truck arrive on Wednesday 05/13/20 I called David to notify him about the junk , then he ask if the driver is still there which I respond yes. And he said you take all the goods from the truck and when the driver leave call me back , little did I know it was all his plan for me to get the junk out of the truck. When I call him back he ask me to send him an email with the pictures which I did but receive no response. I call the next day and David try to play smart that he see Amazon boxes and that the load comes directly from Amazon warehouse, which is not true.

I have pictures of the junk load that was dump at my warehousea and I still have the load in the warehouse and I have pictures also. I have done research since then I I have found that that is his game and I have contact a about 2 other victims in this same situation. All I want is for Brand Name Bargains to come pick up whatever delivered to me here since I can't sell them and I have to my pay rent. I request for a full refund. This company need to be close down. And I request ripoff to dig more information on them and they will see how this company has rip off more people since they know they can do anything and find an excuse to get away.

I have proof with all the pictures. I do not need any other load/junk since I do not have space to keep them. And credit offer to next purchase is all that they offer to all the people they scam. I suggest ripoff to check revdex.com/review to verify all the victims been scammed by this company with the same plan and scheme. This business needs to be shut down.

We are somewhat surprised to hear of this complaint, as the contents of the merchandise shipped, was exactly as described at length to this customer.   We made it very clear throughout our multiple phone calls that this merchandise is packed by Amazon and not by ourselves.  It was also made transparent throughout our conversations that we do not control the quality of the merchandise which would be received. 

The Customer asked multiple times if it is known the quality that would arrive, it was clearly explained that is not within our jurisdiction and no guarantees can be made regarding them.  The customer was aware of the fact that we DO NOT sell new merchandise. She even signed an agreement acknowledging the quality may include salvage. Signed copy attached.

Please understand we are in the business of creating repeat customers.  Over the years we have built a very significant repeat customer base.  We would never put that reputation at risk and offer something to a customer, which we could not procure.

At this point, we believe BNB LLC, has made their due diligence to fully educate the customer of their truckload and its contents, we also feel requesting a refund or credit after the order is inappropriate, as we have a signed document that returns are not acceptable.  We do recognize the hardship of Ms. Asamoah, and especially in these trying times and are therefore willing to offer a one-time exception of $1000 credit towards her next load or we can mail her a check. We respectfully this matter be reversed and closed, permanently and not published, as this is a misunderstanding, and should not harm our BBB profile which has not received any complaints in years.
