Boardparadise Failed to Process Refund for Defective and Incorrect Merchandise Greensboro NC

I ordered two skateboard decks, one I received was warped with a top crack. It was the last of its color (green stain) in stock. They had another color in stock I would accept (blue paint), so I contacted them via email to request an exchange. They said to send the defective board back with a note as to what I wanted. I replied with a link to their own website of the other deck and included a picture in the message. I printed the email and included it with the return shipment that they didn’t offer to pay for.

I received the exchange deck to find that they’d now sent the wrong color (orange stain) as though they hadn’t even looked at, or cared about, what I sent them in the email or printed copy. I emailed them again to let them know about their error and this time request a refund since I’m out-of-pocket the cost of two return shipments, effectively the same amount as the purchase price of the original defective deck. 

They sent a flat-brained response in reply stating only, "That is the only one we had." They didn't offer to fix the situation and that’s the last I’ve heard from them. They've received their return merchandise, but they no longer reply to my emails, they don’t pick-up calls, and their voicemail box is full probably on purpose so that customers aren't able to leave messages.
