Crepe Erase using this product for over a year and it doesn't work Internet

I"ve been using this product for over a year and it doesn't work,  I just decided to call and cancel because they are extremely expensive.  They agreed to cancel and a few months later and another package arrives and over $400 charged to my card.  I will call my card company and report this fraud.  There is noway to cancel your subscription on their website and when you call them they give you a hard time and not listen to what you are saying.  The product is useless and I'm surprised that Jane Seymour wants to be connected to the name.  It's outrageous and I am seeking representation to get my money back.  I stil have the items here, they said if unsatisfied you can return and when called they do not make it possible and continue to take $$ from your account.  They should be ashamed of themselves
