Boyer-Rosene Moving & Storage Refuses to pay for damages to antiques. Arlington Heights Illinois

Do not use this moving company. They damaged priceless antiques that I had. I bought insurance just in case and they are refusing to honor it. They are now saying that I needed to pack the antiques in one sentence then say they were not notified that they were to pack them.  It shows on the paperwork they were to pack the antiques.  I contracted for 5 guys and get 4. I had to move a 5 bedroom home and they could not get the job done. They left small items at the house. My son and I had to pack up our cars to get the rest of the items to the new house many times.  I did not get to go to bed until well after midnight. Unreal.

This move has been a nightmare and I am looking at suing them for the thousands in damages done to the antiques. They are quick to take your money but do not want to take responsibility for the damage done by their untrained personnel.
