We bought a bed from this company, and paid them an extra $40 for delivery services. Upon delivery, they only sent 1 worker, who was unable to complete the job we paid for (he get the bed out of the truck on his own). The delivery man left without delivering the item, and now the company is refusing to issue a refund or redeliver the bed. They have a disappointing record of scamming customers and delivering broken/unusable items.
