Card Member Services Paul Garrett, supervisor with Card Member Services . Claims to be registered w/Better Business Bureau. Claims employment number is CS4563 w/ Card Services Excel. Indian accent. but supposedly in Atlanta, Georgia.  Atlanta Georgia

This is a scam call that continues even after being told not to call again to home phone number and to cell number. Everyone you talk with has a heavy Indian accent and if you question the original person on the phone, you can hear foreign language in the background then Paul Garrett comes on the line.

Stating he can lower your interest rate to 6%. Tries to get you to give him your credit card name. Refused to do so and I eventually hung up on him. I knew all along it was a scam but played along to see where it would go.

After I hung up, I received(almost immediately) 2 more calls from different numbers which I did not answer and let my answering machine pick up. those numbers were 252-491-1241 and not provided # 800-442-4757. When I did not answer those calls, I did not receive any more.
