This individual is a lousy cheapskate! She went on my website to obtain an auto transport shipping quote for a humongous sized vehicle, a 2008 Ford Expedition which weighs over 6,000 lbs. When we spoke over the phone about the shipping cost, she became very combative and hostile, calling me a crook and a greedy @sshole! She wrote a malicious and slanderous review about my business on Yelp, that idiotic website mostly used by whining and "yelping" millenial idiots who arte losers in life and never satisfied with anything. Bullies like Chanda Woodall try to intimidate small business owners with these slanderous reviews.
Attention all small businesses: BEWARE OF CHEAPSKATE AND ROTTEN CUSTOMER CHANDA WOODALL FROM OHIO WHO WILL HARASS YOUR BUSINESS IF SHE DOESN'T GET WHAT SHE WANTS!

This troublemaker obviously enjoys engaging people in conflict. This is how sick the world is today that people like her are fueled by their desire to harm others. If she requested a quote and for ANY reason was unhappy with the conversation or situation at hand, why didn't she simply hang up the telephone?
Why do these miserable people like her feel this compulsion to "win"? Can't just let it go, huh? Gotta get the last word and "I'll show him!". A rotten human being. GO AWAY. GO TO YOUR ROOM.

This compliant about me is completely untrue. I did request a quote. I did receive a quote; however the owner of Transport Connection responded to the quote stating it was incorrect and provided a higher quote. I politely stated I would continue looking. He was not happy with that response. He sent me back an email stating "I have already decided I do not want to do business with you anyway” which I thought was a little rude, but I blew it off. Then he started calling me over and over again. I picked up finally and he stated "Um yeah you want to ship your vehicle for nothing you dumb b***h”. I did post a yelp review and filed and a complaint with the BBB. He should not be allowed to treat potential customers in this manner. Please check out his other yelp reviews, he is not a nice individual.

On her Yelp profile she claims to be from San Francisco, CA yet she has possible residences in either Felicity, OH and New Richmond, OH (both are located within 14 miles of each other).
