I bought a replica government badge (from an on-line company in South Korea.) These badges are used on TV shows and in films.  They sell it with a holder that they say are "bought together."  The badge is very nice but the $40+ holder was not meant to hold the badge and will not fit.

When I complained they literally said "what you see is what you get." They said I could send it back at my expense ($20+ for international shipping) and take $20 off my return amount, but if they deemed the item was damaged in any way (including scratched) they would not refund anything.

There is no way to warn other consumers that "what you see is NOT what you actually get."
