Coinstar coinme They advertised for a low fees which is 4% but yet when you calculate it it’s more then 4%. No source of refunds nor compensate for their lack of services

I’m a regular bitcoin buyer, never had i had any problems with other site or atm . Yet Coinme is the only one that always have technical issues within their site which it will take almost 24 hrs after you purchase bitcoin to be credit to your account. they do not refund you so you will have to wait.

They don’t offer compensation for their lack of services to customers. so if you purchase bitcoin and somehow they have problems you going to have to sit there and wait for your funds they won’t be able to tell you when you can access your funds. Also you will never get to send all of your funds to another wallet .they will always keep a small amount of bitcoin in your account.

Their chat services really suck. you can send a chat but sometimes they won’t reply to you until 30 mins later . Also their hours of chats is 9-7 so if you need help or have questions guess what you have to wait til tomorrow. their technical problems is not once in a blue but it’s a constant thing. so be careful if you are shopping for low fees on purchasing bitcoin.
